Can I bring my phone line to WhatsApp?

Yes! You can either bring your own phone line or obtain one through our portal. Please note that if you wish to use your phone number, you will need access to receive an SMS/Voice OTP from Meta to verify ownership.
Also try to use a phone line that is not yet used at WhatsApp as this can block the activation process.

If I already have a personal WhatsApp, will Bridge use that line or the info of my chats?

No! Bridge will only use dedicated phone lines and will never utilize an employee’s existing phone line or access information from a current WhatsApp account. The concept behind Bridge is to keep personal and work life separate, allowing employees to use WhatsApp for personal use and Bridge exclusively for work.

Are there additional costs for integrations with other systems?
